Mary Ann Rogers is a watercolour artist of some renown.  She works from her purpose-built studio at home in wild and beautiful Northumberland, England.  The surrounding countryside is a source of great inspiration for her work as are the chance encounters that take her to pig farms, private exotic bird collections, wildlife and waterfowl parks, zoos and safari parks.  Painted with a light touch, there is always a strong sense of the seasons in her work; full of the moment, joy and optimism.
