Eloise Leyden is a specialist pet photographer.  She grew up in Bournemouth and graduated with a degree in photography in 2006 from the University of Plymouth.  She then spent a year travelling around India where she became fascinated by the country’s sizeable population of stray dogs.  This led to her volunteering for the animal charity TOLFA ( www.tolfa.org.uk ) whilst in India and to the eventual publication of a book on the subject of the stray dogs Slum Dogs of India.  Copies of the book are available from the gallery.

Now back at home Eloise works as a pet photographer.  Her portrait style is all about capturing the spirit and soul of an animal in natural settings and natural light.  She has a relaxed, unhurried approach which helps her to get the best out of any dog and the results are beautifully, touching  portraits of happy dogs doing what they do best.  Price Guide:  Photo shoots start from £70.
